The 'never say die' attitude of SDRAM defined Intelligent Memory’s arrival into the modern era of synchronous DRAM and continues to support our mission of providing unlimited ingenuity to our customers, even when dealing with older product models. We’ve been serving industrial markets for 30 years.

Intelligent Memory’s legacy SDRAM product line offers components in capacities of 64Mb, 128Mb, 256Mb, and 512Mb. These SDR devices, available in both FBGA and TSOP packages, come in commercial or industrial temperature grades with optional integrated ECC error correction for the highest-reliability applications.

Intelligent Memory is now a registered partner with NXP!!

Have you heard?  Intelligent Memory is now an approved memory vendor for our SDRAM components in NXP's i.MX RT Crossover MCUs (namely the i.MX RT1000 and i.MX RT1100 series) and their Automotive Development Platforms (ADPs).

What does this qualification mean for IM?  Any Industrial or Automotive customers using the above-mentioned NXP products can partner with Intelligent Memory as an approved SDRAM source with the confidence that NXP has performed the qualification and due diligence on our compatibility.
