embedded world 2024: Intelligent Memory Expands Portfolio
Eschborn, Germany, March 18, 2024 - Intelligent Memory (IM), a manufacturer of industrial-grade memory product solutions, presents its comprehensive portfolio of DRAM memory components and modules as well as managed Flash products at embedded world 2024 in Nuremberg in hall 1 booth 340 from April 9 to11. True to its commitment to tailor-made solutions for embedded and industrial applications, IM launches DDR 5 memory modules as well as new microSD and SD cards with guaranteed availability of at least ten years with the same BOM (bill of materials).
Today, applications like medical equipment or machine vision cameras sometimes need to be re-designed or re-qualified just because the SD cards in the system are only available for a couple of years. New memory card generations often come in higher densities, which OEMs have to pay for even though it’s not needed for their product. With its longevity 512MB, 1GB and 2GB microSD and SD cards in industrial temperature range, Intelligent Memory is closing this gap in memory products for industrial embedded applications. The microSD cards are sampling today, while the SD cards will be available in samples in Q2.
High-Speed Industrial DDR5 Memory Modules
To cater for the need for high-speed, high-capacity memory in industrial applications, Intelligent Memory expands its DRAM module product range with DDR5 modules with 16 and 32 Gigabyte capacities in commercial and industrial temperatures, 5600 MHz clock frequency and in SO-DIMM, UDIMM and RDIMM form factors. Samples are available in Q2 and will be on display at embedded world.
