What do we offer?
At IM, we believe that every team member is key to success in growing our business. For that reason, our goal is to create an environment that enables everyone to participate in the most constructive way possible. Shown here are just some of the examples of the benefits we offer and the culture by which we live. As we are a very dynamic organization, benefits are regularly being reviewed and optimized based on individual requirements and inputs.
We treat colleagues, as well as external partners, with the highest level of respect, regardless of culture, background or opinion. Diversity and open communication are core values to IM and therefore we appreciate constructive criticism to help us evolve and progress as an organization.
Career development and growth are encouraged through symbiotic contributions, feedback and exchanges, while activities, such as personal and/or group trainings, are regularly planned.
We promote a healthy work-life balance. Flexible working hours and remote work locations are just two of the ways we provide our employees with the support that they need to lead healthy lifestyles. Other various perks (depending on region, work location, and individual job requirements) can also be arranged and would be discussed independently with HR.
To support a strong team spirit, we advocate regular team activities like short trips, team building events, or activities at and/or after work.
